PRIVACY POLICY. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.

This Privacy Policy regulates the processing and use of personal data of individuals using the services of the Site DoTextOK.ru. (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
By transmitting personal data to the Operator through the use of the Site and registration on the Site, the User gives his consent (voluntary and indefinite) to the use of personal data on the terms set out in this Privacy Policy. This consent is voluntary. The user gives consent to the processing of personal data freely, at his own will and in his own interest. The consent is not written, as the Operator does not process special and biometric personal data. - Terms

All exclusive rights to the Site and its individual elements (including software, design) belong to the Operator in full. The transfer of exclusive rights to the User is not the subject of this Privacy Policy.
1.2. User — a person who uses the Site.

2.1. The Operator processes the following personal data:

3.1. The Operator undertakes to use Personal Data in accordance with the RF Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 and this Privacy Policy.
3.2. In relation to the User's personal data, their confidentiality is maintained, except in cases when the specified data is publicly available.
3.3. The Operator has the right to store personal data only on servers in the territory of the Russian Federation.
3.4. The Operator has the right to transfer the User's personal data without the User's consent to the following persons:
3.4.1 state bodies, including bodies of inquiry and investigation, and local self-government bodies upon their reasoned request;
3.4.2 in other cases directly provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.5. The Operator has the right to transfer personal data to third parties not specified in clause 3.4. of this Privacy Policy in the following cases:

- Rights and obligations of the User

4.6. The User has the right to change or delete their personal data. The User can edit personal data in the profile created during registration.

5.1. The Operator performs proper protection of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data.
5.2. - Other provisions
6.1. This Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Operator arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy are subject to the law of the Russian Federation.
6.2. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation at the Operator's place of registration.
Before applying to the court, the User must comply with the mandatory pre-trial procedure and send the corresponding claim to the Operator in writing. The response time to the claim is 30 (thirty) business days.
6.3. If, for any reason, one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy are declared invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Privacy Policy.
6.4. The Operator has the right at any time to change the Privacy Policy (in whole or in part) unilaterally without prior agreement with the User. All changes will take effect the day after they are posted on the Site.
6.5. The User undertakes to independently monitor changes to the Privacy Policy by reviewing the current version.
